Wow, the G.I.Joe Team has definitely taking a 1-2 punch in recent weeks. First, word came trhough that Lenny Lanzica was leaving the team. Today, none other than Tony Colella, aka @thegreattonino, a Master Model Artist, shared word that he too would be leaving Hasbro and joining both Lenny and Corey Cantelupe at Boss Fight Studio (who may I say must have one heck of a dental plan).

To Tony,
As you prepare to close this chapter at Hasbro, we wanted to take a moment to say what your work has meant to all of us, and to the fans who may never know your name but have held your artistry in their hands.
Your contributions to G.I. Joe Classified have been nothing short of extraordinary. As a Master Model Artist, you brought an unmatched level of craft and dedication to every sculpt, ensuring that each figure felt like a true tribute to the characters fans have loved for decades. The detail, the expressiveness, the sense of weight and life in every piece, that’s your legacy, and it will endure on shelves and in collections long after your last day here.
Working alongside you has been a privilege. Your skill speaks for itself, but it’s your passion for the craft, your commitment to getting it right, that has set the bar for everyone around you. You made the team better simply by being a part of it.
Joe fans may debate accessories and articulation, but they universally agree: the figures of this era look incredible. That’s because of you.
We wish you every success and joy in whatever comes next. Wherever your talent takes you, those lucky enough to work alongside you will be fortunate indeed.
On behalf of the ‘Port, and with deep gratitude and the highest respect, I wish Tony success on the road ahead and look forward to him bringing the same magic to BFS that was brought to Hasbro.
