Super7 Announces G.I. Joe Comic Collector Series

So, if you follow me on Insta, you’ll note this next piece was shared a bit early on my part (oopsie). That said, now that the official reveal is upon us, I’m pleased to share the following –

As noted on my last post, New York Toy Fair is upon us and with it has come a wave of Super7 ReAction+ G.I.Joe reveals. Shortly after sharing their wave 8 lineup honoring America’s 250th Anniversary, they dropped the following –

Coming in 2026. Introducing our G.I. Joe Comic Collector Series. Cobra Commander steps off the page and into ReAction+ form, inspired by G.I. Joe Skybound Comic Issue #1. Comes with full comic inside!

That’s right! A new Comic Collector Series, with the first release showcasing Cobra Commander as he appeared way back in G.I.Joe #1! Sure, everyone has had their fill of Duke/Snake Eyes/Cobra Commander, but this particular version is one that I definitely want to add to my collection. I love the presentation and I love that it’s a different Commander than what we normally receive.

I can only imagine the kind of releases we’ll see under this banner – Balloon Bear, the White Clown, Oktober Guard? Time will tell, but needless to say, I’m stoked!
