ICYMI – Super7 G.I.Joe Reaction+ at JoeFest 2024

In case you missed it, Super7 gave attendees a look at their retro inspired ReAction+ G.I.Joe line.

Many thanks to @plasticcrackfilm and @audibleinterludepodcast for sharing images of figures on display, including prototypes for:

• Cobra B.A.T. (blue cartoon version)
• Cobra Commander
• Crimson Guard Commanders Tomax & Xamot (Extensive Enterprise version)
• Cover Girl (blonde)
• Snake Eyes (v2)

Although Super7 had other offerings on display like their ReAction Glenda & Mortal and Red Shadows Escape Armour, the real treat for me was seeing these offerings (finally!)

Now, it may just be these initial pics, but the heads look just a smidge too big, while the legs look a bit too slender. Again though, with how early these offerings are, I’m sure little things like that won’t be on the radar later down the line (fingers crossed).

I love the fact that we’re getting the twins in suits, as we haven’t seen them in their EE presentation since the Valor vs Venom days. I’m also keen to add a squad of those awesome blue B.A.T.s. to my collection.

Although I don’t necessarily need another Snake Eyes or Cobra Commander, I’ll probably get both, as I will undoubtedly get that blonde Cover Girl as well. The more I type, the more I realize how excited I am for this line, so I hope it lives up to the expectations I’m already setting in my head.
