Dead or alive, you’re coming with me…to watch some Saturday Morning Cartoons! Yeah yeah, I know, painful pun…But hey, no time like the present for a Dad joke, amirite?
This week, we’re heading to the Motor City to join Alex Murphy as he patrols the streets as Robocop! Check out episode one of the animated series below –
Alex Murphy, a police officer, mortally wounded in the line of duty, is turned into a powerful cyborg and continues to serve the public trust, protect the innocent and uphold the law.
I have such fond memories of the Ultra Police line of toys, mostly from incorporating the police car in to my G.I.Joe universe. Ah, simpler times, my friends. Did you ever get into the Robocop cartoon and/or toy line? Sound off in the comments below!

It never ceases to amaze me how many R-rated movies ended up toy lines…Rambo, Commando and RoboCop! I loved this show and have the RoboCop figure that fired caps! I found it with my Joe stuff and he’s in great shape.
I’m eating a very late breakfast of Cinnamon Life as I write this…a childhood favorite that I bought this morning because Walmart didn’t have Christmas Crunch! #firstworldproblems

You hit the nail on the head – If they’re going to bring us cartoons based on R-Rated movies, the least they can do is let Robocop shoot a bad guy in the yam sack!
As for the choice of cereal, this again proves why you’re a gentleman of fine tastes & sophistication. Our local stores don’t have it, period – Walmart, Target or Publix. Le MEH. We have to try again next week.
