Skybound may disqualify any backer submission under the NIGHT RAVEN tier for any reason, including if it determines that the submission otherwise contains unacceptable content.
Submissions by backers must:

- not promote restricted or harmful products (e.g., drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or weapons);

- respect third-party rights and privacy, and therefore must not include unauthorized trademarks, copyrighted materials, or the name, likeness, or identifying information of any person other than the backer making the submission;
- comply with all applicable laws.
Skybound is under no obligation to disclose why a backer submission has not been accepted.
By submitting a submission, backers acknowledge and agree that they will have no input, approval, or right to review with respect to how the submission is incorporated into the customized profile card.

Larry Hama is a writer/artist/editor/actor who is best known as the writer of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and Wolverine. He has also written, edited or drawn The Avengers, Conan, Batman, Wonder Woman, X-Men, Spider-Man, and dozens more. His illustrations and cartoons have appeared in National Lampoon, Esquire, New York and Rolling Stone. He is currently writing the monthly G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero comic for Skybound.
After attending and graduating from his father’s school, The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art, Andy Kubert began his career at DC Comics illustrating the highly successful Batman versus Predator series. He then went on to draw Marvel Comics’ popular X-Men title, which was their top-selling comic during his six year run. For DC, Kubert has illustrated the bestselling Batman and Son (co-creating Bruce Wayne’s son, Damian, with writer Grant Morrison), Flashpoint (with writer Geoff Johns), Batman: Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? (with author Neil Gaiman), and Dark Knight III: The Master Race (with the legendary Frank Miller, along with writer Brian Azzarello and inker Klaus Janson) in addition to a six-issue Superman series, Superman: Up in the Sky, with multiple Eisner Award-winning writer Tom King.
Chris Mooneyham is a comic artist/aspiring writer. Growing up in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin, he spent the majority of his time reading comic books, drawing, and trying to keep warm. In 2007, he traded in his snow boots and cheesehead for self-tanner and hair gel, and set off to New Jersey, enrolling in The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. He graduated in 2010, and has been drawing comics professionally ever since. Chris is probably best known as the co-creator of Five Ghosts at Image Comics, and, more currently, as the artist on Skybound’s G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. Other credits include Predator: Fire and Stone and Judge Dredd vs Aliens vs Predator for Dark Horse Comics, an extended and painful run on Nightwing, along with several other short stories for DC Comics, as well as some work for Marvel Comics. He is currently back in Wisconsin, freezing his butt off, and dreading his deadlines.
