I’ve said it before and I’ll undoubtedly say it again…it’s feast or famine when it comes to G.I.Joe reveals from Hiya.

It was a week ago today when they revealed their Roadblock figure. Today, they’re revealing a design that was dropped early on in the Classified Series range, none other than the Tiger Force Survival Specialist, Outback! Check it out –

Now EXQUISITE MINI Series 1/18 scale Outback Tiger Force Version action figure from G.I.Joe joins Hiya Toys!

Outback, originally named Stuart R. Selkirk, is a survival expert on the G.I.Joe team. Throughout numerous high-risk operations, he was assigned to Tiger Force to carry out frontline assault missions. Known for his exceptional wilderness survival skills in extreme conditions, Outback serves as a key frontline support and reconnaissance specialist within the team.

This Outback Tiger Force Version action figure stands at 11CM tall. Featuring a Tiger Force unit design, he wears an orange T-shirt with a tiger force emblem, paired with a dark tactical harness. The lower body is finished with camouflage combat pants and sturdy boots, achieving a clean and tactical appearance fit for the field.

Features multiple articulation points and 2x interchangeable hands, allowing for a wide range of weapon-holding and combat poses. Accessories include rifle, pistol, knife, flashlight and shove, along with a large tactical backpack that visually reinforces a long-term wilderness mission loadout. The figure also comes with a unique base, simulating a war-torn ground with scattered bullet shells and debris, allowing you to recreate an authentic battlefield atmosphere right in your own home!

Tiger Force Outback is one of those pieces that many fans consider a favorite. The Hiya Toys version is no different; He’s got that classic survivalist charm — the weathered face sculpt and iconic tiger-logo shirt give him real personality on display, not just on card. The articulation and detail are impressive as you’d come to expect from the Hiya Exquisite Mini Series range, with plenty of joints that let you pose him like he’s stalking through jungle foliage rather than just standing on a shelf.

What really makes him stand out are the small touches — the accessory loadout feels genuine (backpack, rifle with removable magazine, shovel, flashlight, knife) and the paint apps pop in a way that’s brighter and more vibrant than you might expect.

Collectors will tell you that other incarnations of this figure (ie – ARAH, Modern Era) can be a hassle to find sometimes, and a few folks note minor fit issues with straps or hips, but for many of us he’s become one of the funnest figures to photograph and pose — a guy with real shelf presence who doesn’t look out of place next to the rest of your Joes.
