While Hiya Toys was on a kick of revisiting previous releases and dropping new updates along the same lines as the Classified Series collection that it mirrors, today Hiya revealed a new addition to their EXQUISITE MINI series offering, none other than the Heavy Machine Gunner, Roadblock! From G.I.Joe, the team’s heavy weapons specialist Roadblock now joins Hiya Toys EXQUISITE MINI Series!

Built with a powerful and solid physique, Roadblock is the frontline firepower anchor of the G.I.Joe Team. His broad frame, reinforced gear, and calm presence in battle define him as a specialist his function as a specialist built to endure the most intense combat situations.

This EXQUISITE MINI Series Roadblock action figure stands approximately 11CM tall, faithfully recreating his classic G.I.Joe appearance. Designed to emphasize his role as a heavy weapons specialist, the camouflage vest, tactical harness, orange combat trousers, and protective gear present a rugged, battle-hardened frontline look, while the calm, focused head sculpt and broad, muscular upper-body proportions reinforce his identity as a heavy firepower unit.

In terms of accessories, Roadblock is equipped with heavy machine gun, ammo belt, ammo box, pistol, combat knife, and 2x interchangeable hands for enhanced playability. Featuring multiple articulated joints, the highly posable body design allows collectors to recreate a wide range of combat stances, from firing positions to heavy suppressive fire stances.

As with other releases, Roadblock’s design echoes that of his Classified Series counterpart. Although I love the character and the overall design, what I’m not digging is the fact that we still don’t have a proper way to obtain these figures, while tariffs are making them over $30 a pop. Bummer.
