It seems like Hiya Toys is on a kick of revisiting previous releases and dropping new updates along the same lines as the Classified Series collection that it mirrors, as today Hiya revealed their next EXQUISITE MINI series offering, Zartan Master of Disguise version. Check it out –

Now EXQUISITE MINI Series 1/18 Zartan Master of Disguise Version action figure from G.I.Joe joins HiyaToys!

Zartan is a true chameleon, whose natural abilities in mimicry, acting, prosthetic effects, and disguise have been enhanced by significant genetic modification. He can assume any identity at any time with absolute precision. The true identity of Zartan is hidden behind dozens of aliases, making it nearly impossible to piece together his history and causing his sense of self to break down and destabilize his already chaotic mind. Zartan is also the head of an outlaw motorcycle club called the Dreadnoks.

Zartan Master of Disguise Version stands about 10.5CM tall and features multiple points of articulation. He comes dressed in black tactical armor with a removable hood, while the finely sculpted textures on his arm guards and leg armor convey the rugged presence of a hardened wasteland mercenary. The heavy black warpaint across his face, paired with piercing ice-blue eyes and a sinister grin, further amplifies Zartan’s elusive and unpredictable nature.

Zartan includes 4 masks and 2 interchangeable heads. Even at the 1/18 scale, every mask and head sculpt retains a high level of accuracy and detail. Additionally, 2x interchangeable hands, 1x sniper rifle, 1x pistol, 1x detachable backpack, 1x hood, 1x knife and more, along with 1x bow, 6x arrows, and 1x dedicated quiver—perfect for stealth operations and long-range eliminations. As I noted last week with Gung Ho’s reveal, it feels like feast or famine when it comes to reveals from Hiya, amirite?

As with other releases, Zartan’s design echoes that of his Classified Series counterpart. Although I love the character and the overall design, what I’m not digging is the fact that we still don’t have a proper way to obtain these figures, while tariffs are making them over $30 a pop. Bummer.
