New to the G.I. JOE Classified Series line, Bradley “Big Lob” Sanders comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Bradley “Big Lob” Sanders figure contains 8 character-inspired accessory pieces including alternate hand, hand with basketball, knife, grenade, “alley-oop” grenade launcher, “fadeaway” rifle, and weapon accessories. A top athlete who opted to enlist in the Reserves rather than pro sports, Big Lob’s precise distance grenade throws and exceptional skill with the “alley-oop” multi-shot grenade launcher and “fadeaway” quickly caught the attention of the G.I. JOE team, who recruited him under their Rawhides program. When Big Lob makes his move, he always shoots to score the big win.

Does this next wave look good or what? To me, Big Lob is one of the most memorable underdogs in the G.I. Joe movie. He’s an energetic, play-by-play-calling powerhouse who brought a sports-arena swagger to the battlefield.

First introduced in G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987), he’s a former basketball star who uses his athleticism, quick thinking, and larger-than-life enthusiasm to turn even the toughest missions into highlight-reel moments. Whether he’s leaping into action or narrating his own heroics, Big Lob always makes his move… and makes it big.

We’ve now seen versions of Big Lob in all mediums: o-ring, modern and now Classified, although this release is the only “official” release of the character. Hopefully Super7 drops another version as well, as I’d love a taller figure to go alongside the rest of the rawhides.
