Ever since 1987, G.I.Joe fans have been requesting a Big Lob figure to round out the “Rawhides” (new recruits) from the G.I.Joe animated movie (Tunnel Rat, Law & Order, Jinx, Chuckles). Although the G.I.Joe Club served up 1:18 scale offerings, Hasbro has, up until now, ignored Big Lob. It’s great to see that that’s finally changing.

Of course, you have those in the community that are whining about this release…but hey, if it weren’t for whining, some Joe fans wouldn’t have anything else to do, because why enjoy your hobby, amirite?

What’s funny is they’ll make mention of an 82-83 figure, along with some random figure, all while claiming “THIS IS WHAT WE SHOULD’VE GOTTEN NEXT!”, as if Big Lob wasn’t a name only reveal dropped at San Diego Comic-Con. Sigh.
