The week kicked off as many do around these parts, with a new G.I.Joe Classified Series review courtesy of Bee’s Battleground. This time around, he checked out the newly released G.I.Joe Classified Series Mainframe offering.

Later on Monday, we shared the unfortunate news that Mr. Ron Friedman is no longer with us. Our most sincere condolences go to his family, friends & fans.

On Tuesday, I blasted a reminder that the Delta-17 September/End of Summer sale ends on the 30th.

We also received word that the Thirty in ’25 Kickstarter campaign had reached its initial funding goal, bringing this unique o-ring offering to collections everywhere.


Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Even more o-ring goodness was to be had on Wednesday, as the Rise of Nexus Kickstarter campaign shared word that hit had hit 50% if its initial funding goal in 24 hours, with no signs of slowing down any time soon.

Next up, Super7 hyped up o-ring fans even further, as a teaser for their next wave was dropped, showcasing Pythona and “a gem that size”, teasing that a new movie wave was/is inbound!

Finally, Hasbro Pulse shared word that they’d be livestreaming their panel(s) from NYCC 2025. For you Joe fans, lock it in on the Pulse YouTube channel on Friday, October 10th, as there’s a G.I.Joe | Transformers | Ghostbusters panel airing from 12 – 1pm EST.

Super7 wasted no time after revealing their teaser on Wednesday, as their G.I.Joe ReAction+ Wave 5 movie assortment dropped on Thursday, including Pythona, Big Lob, Arctic Destro and Arctic Snake Eyes. Super7 also (finally) shared a promo for their recently released/revealed Target Exclusive Tiger Force Duke figure.

Later on Thursday, Hasbro Pulse shared word of an exclusive Retro Cardback Flint figure that was up for grabs, featuring the artwork of Rich Pellegrino. The assortment was limited to a total of 82 and it’s up to lady luck to decide if you got one or not. For those that took the risk, good luck!

The day wrapped up with a review of the G.I.Joe Classified Series Slice & Dice 2 pack courtesy of Bee’s Battlegrounds.

On Friday, fan voting for the next round of G.I.Joe Hall of Fame entries was opened. This year, fans get to choose their favorite character/figure from 1983, along with their G.I.Joe Classified figure of the year for 2025. Voting is still open, so make sure to get yours in if you’re so inclined.

It’s #cobrasunday, my friends! Time to take over the world, or your honey-do list, whichever comes first!

It was an awesome week within the community and one that I’m glad that I was able to share with you all. Your time is appreciated! What was your highlight of the week? For me, it’s that o-ring movie wave!
