Jack Morelli built his own communications equipment using money earned by bagging groceries. I really love the care put into Dial-Tone’s backpack. It looks awesome! As noted in the G.I.Joe Classified Series Leatherneck In-Hand Images article, I really hope that a Mission Brazil set materializes somehow, or that we get Dial-Tone is Tiger Force colors.
