In RISK G.I. JOE: Special Missions, two to four players each join one of two factions, G.I. Joe or Cobra, and seek to complete missions or resolve plots in an effort to score the most objective points (OP) by the end of the game. One of five master scenarios guides the action, leading to conflicts erupting in hotspots around the world. This keeps the action tense and players on their toes, as no two games will unfold in the same way. At the end of three rounds, the faction with the most objective points wins!

Cobra is up to their old tricks again, and this time they’re putting the entire world at risk. G.I. Joe’s mission is clear: get to the bottom of Cobra’s latest nefarious schemes and put a stop to them, a task Cobra doesn’t plan to make easy.

Previously A Pre-Order Risk: G.I. Joe Special Missions started as a pre-order on the Renegade Game Studios webstore but due to major increases in international costs—specifically tariffs and surging container shipping rates caused by clogged ports we changed tracks and went with a Kickstarter campaign. By launching via Kickstarter, we can better offset these costs by bringing Risk: GI JOE Special Missions directly to a wider audience of fans who love strategy and the Real American Heroes. If you placed that pre-order then you have no need to back again. Your pre-order has been transferred over to the campaign and you'll be receiving the game that you ordered, plus the Bonus Pack that we're introducing to this campaign! Bringing You Bonuses Instead of making this just a pre-order campaign we wanted to sweeten the deal for our backers and the gamers who placed pre-orders so we'll be offering a bonus pack for free to all our backers!
