I’m digging this release quite a bit, as although the deluxe version included a bunch of awesome accessories, the throwback card art here is really doing it for me. The hue of purple (violet) is a smidge different, but he still looks great nonetheless. Plus, that sigil on the cape is a must.

The card backs on this wave look really good compared to previous waves, wouldn’t you agree? Also, as noted above, I’m excited for those that will finally be able to add Dr. Mindbender to their collection. I’m of the mindset that Dr. Mindbender is a core character post 1986, so you kinda need him in your collection, amirite? Will you be adding the Dr. to your collection?
