Shield of The Interceptor Action Figure Kickstarter Campaign Update

Heads up! Unstoppable Comics has shared a new update against their Shield of the Interceptor Kickstarter campaign that you’ll most definitely want to check out!

Risks and challenges

There are always risks and challenges in everything we do. This is my 27th crowdfunding project. In the time I’ve spent self-publishing comic books, I have experienced printing and shipping delays, creative differences, people dropping out of a project in the middle of production, and deaths in the family. These are things that have happened and will always happen. That is why I have tried to limit as many of the x-factors on this Kickstarter campaign as possible. I start with an art production team that knows and has worked together for years. As I enter the world of making toys I am preparing for new experiences. I have padded the funding goal a bit to cover the new expenses like quality control that may pop up. The design, and prototyping have already been completed and we are looking to raise the manufacturing costs. All of the comic books, trading cards, and T-shirts are already made, and ready to expand upon the world of Unstoppable Comics. I hope to limit as many mistakes in this campaign as possible, but I have found out there is always a snag or two that will happen. Sometimes rewards get lost or damaged in the mail, if that happens we will do our best to find a solution. Aside from that, I hope our library and past Kickstarter success speaks for itself regarding the quality of our content and service.

The team over at Unstoppable Comics are some really good folks, so I hope that their campaign reaches funding and Interceptor finds his way into collections everywhere. I’m in for the figure 2 pack and will definitely be adding that homage when unlocked!
