Disc Makers is reporting the Blu-ray Digipack as on time / in production, and they’re giving me an estimated arrival of August 21 – 26.
It appears they printed the packaging today! (see below)
At this point I think it’s safe to collect the shipping fees. This update gives you a month heads up before the Digipacks are slated to be here and ready for distribution to all of you.
There’s a different process for US Backers and International Backers to settle up on shipping, since we will be using flat rate shipping in the US and calculated shipping internationally. Please follow the appropriate steps below:
US Backers:

This should just charge you $9, which will cover shipping your Blu-ray Digipack in a Priority Mail Flat Rate® Padded Envelope. IMPORTANT: if you need to update your shipping address, please add that information on the “REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER” screen under “Note to Seller” just before you hit the “PLACE ORDER” button.
International backers:
If you’d like a complimentary Blu-ray Digipack, please visit this URL and add this $30 item to your shopping cart. Then be sure to use the KSDIGI coupon code in your Shopping Cart before hitting checkout to get $30 off (so the Blu-ray Digipack is free). Next, select and pay for your calculated shipping.
