Pursuant to news shared earlier, Hasbro has confirmed their presence at Wondercon this coming Saturday, March 30th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm EST.
If you follow the Surveillance Port social pages, you’ll recall that this news was shared along with some interesting verbiage – The info for the G.I.Joe portion of the panel shared elluded to the reveal of “new Cobra figures”. Whether that means a new character, or just a new turn around for a previously named character is still unknown, but we’ll either find out tomorrow or via leaks later today. 😉
Here’s the scoop –
EXCITING NEWS! Hasbro will be hosting an action-packed toy panel at @wondercon, with brand marketing team members revealing epic new products, and giving fans a first look across fan favorite brands. The panel will include select product reveals from Ghostbusters entertainment, celebrate the 40th anniversary of Transformers with new Studio Series figures, and announce new Cobra team members joining the G.I. JOE Classified Series line. In addition, the panel will bring updates on the Hasbro lines inspired by Star Wars, including The Black Series and The Vintage Collection, and Marvel, including exciting news about the Marvel Legends product line.
