G.I.Joe Fans were in for a treat today, as the Hasbro team dropped a G.I.Joe Classified Series Fanstream that included an unheard of NINE new preorders!

Before I share the breakdown on each figure, here’s the stream in its entirety for your enjoyment –

New to the G.I. Joe Classified Series line, Big Boa comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Big Boa figure contains 5 character-inspired accessory pieces including helmet, 2 dumbbells, and removable boxing gloves to cover his bloodied knuckles. Cobra troopers can be an unruly bunch at times. They aren’t motivated by patriotism, unit loyalty, honor or sense of duty. It takes a brutal, unfeeling taskmaster to whip them into fighting form and Big Boa fits the bill to a tee. He has a voice like a bullhorn, fists the size of frozen turkeys and the disposition of a rabid grizzly bear.

G.I. Joe Classified Series #115, FRANKLIN “AIRBORNE” TALLTREE

New to the G.I. Joe Classified Series line, FRANKLIN “AIRBORNE” TALLTREE comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Airborne figure contains 10 character-inspired accessory pieces including helmet, 2 pairs of skydiving goggles, night-vision goggles, backpack, knife, and weapon accessories. Airborne’s parents are affluent Navajos serving on the Tribal Council who indulged their son with sky-diving lessons. Talltree also studied law and passed Arizona State Bar exams. He joined the military and opted for airborne training, commenting: “I’d rather jump out of airplanes than write legal briefs.” His exemplary service record drew the attention of G.I. Joe recruiters.

His Japanese father and Korean mother owned a grocery store in Watts. Too short to play basketball as a youth, Quick Kick turned to martial arts. He is a ranking black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Goju-Ryu, Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Zen Sword, and Wing Chun. He was working as a stunt man in Hollywood when he was recruited for the G.I. Talk about a lineup! The Joe team made note of the amazing strides that have been made in paint printing technology. You can definitely tell, as the head sculpts for characters like Scarlett look phenomenal. If she’s any indication as to what Glenda will look like, then we’re in luck! Also, the load outs on those 60th Anniversary offerings? *Chef’s kiss* talk about awesome!
