Today, word went out that Emily & Lenny have shared an unboxing vid of the highly anticipated G.I.Joe Classified Series Cobra H.I.S.S.!

🐍 COBRAAAA! 🐍 It’s nearly time for the battalions of G.I. Joe Classified Series H.I.S.S. tanks to roll out across the globe and unleash Cobra Commander’s wrath against the Joes! Before you take command of your very own H.I.S.S., however, we felt it was important for you to see what you’re in for. Check out Emily and Lenny as they dive in and unbox one of the very first Classified Series H.I.S.S. off the line.

In this exciting video, they unveil the all-new G.I. Joe Classified Series Cobra H.I.S.S., complete with its impressive array of accessories, and showcase the incredible figures that come with it. We’re talking about the H.I.S.S. Tactician figure, inspired by Ron Rudat’s iconic designs, the stunning 6-Inch Scale Retro Cardback Cobra Commander figure, and all of the others.

But that’s not all! We’ve got some fantastic news for all you eager fans and backers – the G.I. Joe Classified Series Cobra H.I.S.S. units will be hitting the shipping lanes soon and are expected to arrive later this year. The anticipation is building, and the excitement is off the charts!

As you’ll see when you watch the presentation, the H.I.S.S. really looks beefy. The Tank and figures are packaged in their own respective boxes, then packed side-by-side in that gorgeous wrap around artwork box.

What really tickled my heart was hearing how well all pieces snapped together, or how hard things “clicked” as they were ratcheted. It’s clear that this piece should last us for a long time to come.

It was noted that batteries were not included as many collectors display their items in-box, so they wanted to avoid damage to the product from aged batteries. Although I’ll be opening mine, I do appreciate that.

The 4 figures included look fantastic side-by-side in their red and black packaging. I’m particularly fond of the “Mickey Mouse” Cobra Commander, as both his presentation and accessories are just the bee’s knees. The team has learned their lesson from previous releases, as the Commander now sports a beefy card back with full white border. w00t!

It goes without saying how amazing this piece is, but what really does it for me is that Ron Rudat tribute. I love the art, I love the signature on front, I love that #100 is dedicated to Ron…I just love it all!

Although I’ve collected quite a wide assortment of images, you’ll definitely want to watch the video to get the full “umf” of this killer new piece that should be shipping out to us very soon!
