Operation Recall Color Studies Revised and Approved

Nothing can stop the great news coming out of the Operation: Recall camp, not even San Diego Comic-Con!

Carson has shared a new update via the O:R Kickstarter page, giving us word on the approved color studies that will be moving forward! Check out the update below –

As mentioned in UPDATE #35, Ron Rudat and Mark Pennington prepared six color options for each of the Operation: Recall figures. You can see them all in this quick video.

Next, Kirk Bozigian and I reviewed and marked up revisions. Then I enlisted the Operation: Recall concept creators to quickly revise and review additional color studies for each character, before landing on which colors would move forward into production. You’ll notice on these approved color studies, and the O:R trading card set, that we are developing some additional leader figures in parallel. Dark Reapers (Shock Troop Infantry) will be led by Dark Reapers Officers (Shock Troop Officers), Snakeheads (Enemy Underwater Troopers) will be led by Tiger Shark (Enemy Underwater Commander), and Mzimu* Corps (Infiltration / Sabotage) will be led by Were-Jackal (Mzimu* Corps KiongozI**).

We ended up getting a significant price savings by upping our 2023 JoeFest Exclusive Operation: Recall trading cards order by 100. So we’ve still got ~100/400 sets available. Get ’em while you can!
