Delta-17 Shares Situation Report

Many fans out there have been talking about Delta-17 since JoeFest. That chatter has brought a lot of interest to the line, so the team behind Delta-17 put together a SITREP for both old and new fans alike. Here’s the scoop on this awesome incoming 1:18 scale line –

Quick situation report for those with questions about Delta-17.
Here are the basics:

-We are self funded, no campaign/fundraising needed.
-Production starts in 5 weeks.
-We are in the same factory where Star Wars Black Series is made, as well as other fantastic toy lines.
-We have an amazing production manager that has a 15+ year history of working as a Hasbro asset/employee, prior to his going solo.
-Figures will be arriving/available in Oct/Nov of this year through our website as well as some other online retailers (all of which will be announced as time goes by).
-Our new website is up, but not fully functional. Only the homepage is up right now, and the other pages/links are in the works and should be fully functional soon.
-We are not taking preorders at this time.
-A free online comic will be available in about three months.
-We are talking with an orphanage in the Congo to help support their cause with a percentage of all sales/profits. We will update you when we know more. This orphanage is legit, as it is spearheaded by an amazing man from my church.

As I mentioned earlier, there’s been a lot of talk about D17 in 1:18 communities since JoeFest. In case you missed the show or subsequent coverage, prototypes of the upcoming Delta-17 figures were on display for the masses and wow, are these some good looking figures or what? Check it out –

Delta-17:War in the shadows

Tier 1 operators are assembled from around the world, unified in a clandestine, black ops group. The objective: to confront the threat of a new, militaristic cabal operating in the shadows.

This enigmatic new enemy appears to function with illegal support and funding from our very own, apparently legit governmental organizations. As such, Delta-17’s entire existence and missions are conducted off the books.

As a tier 1 special task force, their day to day assignment is the confrontation and destruction of this new dark state cabal and its military support assets.

For now, little is known about this new cabal and its associated army. Unofficially, they are known in the underground circles as the Dark Shadows, with an undisclosed base of operations off the coast of Japan. They are believed to be tied to various mercenary factions to assist them, the origins and alliances of which are under ongoing scrutiny by Delta-17 and the military intelligence group that is a direct support element to D17.

In the end, few can be trusted, no missions will be recorded. History will have no knowledge of what has or will transpire here. The fight between Delta-17 and its mysterious enemy begins and ends… in the shadows.
