CORRECTION – Yesterday, I ran a story for #TBT showcasing what I believed were Takara G.I.Joe Promotional and Packaging Insert Scans. I incorrectly noted that these beautiful pieces were packaging inserts.
Thankfully, Tony (whom these images come courtesy of), corrected me and noted the following:
Those are actually not inserts though lol the size of this is A4, so I’m led to believe that it was something else, maybe a sales rep thing, I’m going to work on translating it.
To give you an idea of scale, “A4 measures 210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches. In PostScript, its dimensions are rounded off to 595 × 842 points. Folded twice, an A4 sheet fits in a C6 size envelope (114 × 162 mm).”
Apologies for the confusion on my part. That said, these pieces are indeed amazing and I’m looking forward to Tony finding out what they pertained to!
