The team from YoJoe has done their best to restore this for viewing. I’d say that they’ve done an outstanding job, as this is absolutely awesome!

The YoJoe team notes that the third season featured no new episodes, just new live-action segments with Sgt. Slaughter bookending existing episodes. Which episodes those are outside of the movie (broken into five parts) and both halves of Worlds Without End remain a mystery.
