Earlier this week, we were treated to Pencils for the Eagle Force Vol 101 Handbook Cover, created by artist Mitch Ballard. The piece depicted the evil forces of R.I.O.T. on the attack.

This artwork is absolutely stunning and has me beyond excited to add this book to my collection. I mean, c’mon, Bubbles is holding her trusty Trident! It doesn’t get much more Eagle Force than that!
